  • This hydraulic test stand is designed to performance - test hydraulic pumps, motors, valves and cylinders within the rating of the test stand.

    Controlled hydraulic pressure and fluid flow, as well as the necessary instrumentation, are provided for making these performance tests.

    The hydraulic fluid used for these tests is maintained at a reasonably constant temperature and is filtered to help ensure testing accuracy.

    Only trained technicians who are familiar with the test equipment, its operation, should operate this test stand and the proper testing and safety procedures required by each component to be tested. Detailed ratings and performance data of each component to be tested should be obtained from the component manufacturer.

  • Pump Motor: 200 HP; 230/460 V; 3-phase drip-proof; double shaft.
  • Main Pump: 0-80 gpm; 0-5000 psi.
  • Auxiliary Pump: 38 gpm; 0-2000 psi.
  • Maximum Output Flow, by combining main pump and auxiliary pump outputs: 118 gpm at 0-2000 psi.
  • Fluids: Refer to the recommended fluids by the pump manufacturer.
  • Fluid temperature regulated to 130 ° F with heaters and coolers.
  • Dynamometer up to 300 HP; 0-2400 rpm, either cw or ccw; 100-7626 lb. Inches torque.
  • Dynamometer speed measured digitally 0-3000 rpm.
  • Test pump and valve flow measured digitally 5-100 gpm.
  • Leakage flow measured digitally 1-15 gpm.
  • Pressure gauges for measuring component variable.
  • 12 VDC power source for energizing valve solenoids.
  • Fluid in reservoir continuously filtered and conditioned.
