First of all I would like to
personally thank you for visiting Flint Hydrostatics' Web site. Our new format
was designed so you, as a customer or potential customer, can place a face with
a name. By law a corporation is a living thing, however, our employees remain
the heart and soul of our company. Our focus is simple, we want to furnish you
with a quality product shipped as promised. Nothing less is acceptable. And, we
will take it a step further with the superior after-sale technical support from
our customer service, engineering and plant areas. That's it - our secret is out
and that is why after 24-years, FHI is the leading independent remanufacturer in
the world.
This year we will continue
expansion of our product line offering. Last year we introduced a full line of
Kawasaki units and component parts. As in the past we will continue to invest in
capital projects that will further raise our quality level. This year is no
different, we again allocated funding on quality related matters.
Operating in the new millennium
is no different than any other year. However, preparing for it has been a major
task. While some may have viewed Y2K as a problem, at Flint, we considered it an
opportunity. As a result we acquired new computer hardware & software and seized
this opportunity to utilize new technology and improve our service levels. No,
we are not finished and our work is still in progress. New capabilities continue
to be introduced into the market particularly within the customer service and
technical support areas.
