David Kelley
Director of Remanufacturing Operation/Plant/Engineering
Our Engineering Manager is David Kelley. David has been employed in the mobile and industrial hydraulic field for 23 years ranging from service to complete hydraulic systems design. His department is responsible for the manufacture of the Flint new product line, consisting of valve plates, bearing plates, piston slippers and a variety of other internal wear components. Engineering also develops and manufactures new products that are no longer available through the original manufacturer. Through machine shop processes, advanced computer controlled lathes and vertical machining centers, the engineering department is capable of remanufacturing components such as cylinder blocks back to their original new specifications. David also oversees FHI remanufacturing operations. Plant management responsibilities include supervisory oversight of purchasing and warranty determinations, as well as receiving, teardown, inspection, lapping, sub assembly, neutral set, assembly/job shop, testing, painting and shipping operations. |
